The casualty evacuation training manikin was specifically designed for the Fire Fighter recruitment and annual fitness test as specified by the Chief Fire Officers Association. Whilst 55kgs is the specified weight for UK FRS, this product could be made to your own requirements.
In 2019, a second weight was added at the request for the British Armed Forces, to be used for their own operational fitness assessments.
Now constructed in the same flame retardant Polyester used in Police ballistic/stab vests, which typically has 4 times the strength and abrasion resistance of 16oz canvas or P.V.C (the materials previously used) – making the manikins even stronger than before.

The Casualty Evacuation training manikin was specifically designed for the Fire Fighter recruitment and annual fitness test as specified by the Chief Fire Officers Association. It would also be the ideal choice for the Drag Test element of Fire Fighter challenges and competitions, being robust and hard-wearing.
SPECIAL MATERIALS:
Constructed from the same flame retardant material used in Police ballistic/stab vests, offering 4x the strength and abrasion resistance of 16oz canvas or P.V.C. (conforms to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, BS EN ISO 12947-2 & 14116: 2008). High density polypropylene webbing (25mm rated to 207 Kg, 50mm rated to 440Kg).
NOT SUITED FOR:
• Use in temperatures above 100°C or flashover scenarios – See our Fire House manikin.
• Use in water – See our Water Rescue range.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
• Additional Leg Protectors can be purchased as and when required to prolong the life of your manikin.
